Students will take their first exam on Wednesday September 19th, 2018. The exam will cover all the content from Unit 1: Red Tides. In order to prepare for the exam, students should review all their class notes, activities, and labs. In addition, I have prepared a study guide to help guide student review (it can be found in the blog post below). Ensure that you have a thorough knowledge of each vocabulary word and can provide an answer to each question. I have also linked videos that can be helpful when reviewing. During the first few minutes of class on Wednesday, I will address any student questions and review requested content. Good Luck! We completed a lab safety activity (see the tab under "more") and we took the District Baseline Assessment. Students were given the lab safety contract to get signed and return next class. Students also completed an icebreaker called "I am From..." which is a writing exercise.
